PBC student receives Research Excellence Grant

Ph.D. Candidate Haley Carter was one of twelve graduate students globally to receive the 2022 Rosemary Grant Advanced Award from the Society for the Study of Evolution's Graduate Research Excellence Grants. She was awarded for her proposal "Evolution of TPS gene diversity in evening primroses". This project will explore diversity in terpene synthase genes through speciation events in the plant genus Oenothera.
